Sunday is Mother’s Day;

a day in which we celebrate the wonderful women that have dedicated their lives to enriching ours. I saw a great YouTube video that truly put the idea of motherhood into perspective. It’s a nonstop, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year job for the rest of your life…and mom’s always seem to do it with an open heart and a smile on their faces.

My mom is the greatest. She’s incredibly kind to everyone she ever meets and is always there for not only her own children, but every single one of her students. She is absolutely hysterical, and her humor has caused many liquids to shoot out my nose. She has become my best friend, who I can confide in, even when I know she might not necessarily want to hear or agree with what I’m about to tell her. She’s managed to keep me fed, clothed, happy, and honest. She did an amazing job raising me and my brothers (along with my dad, but this isn’t father’s day. You’ll get your time to shine.)

So I want to take a moment to celebrate just a few GREAT mother’s that we have had the pleasure of photographing.
